We are proud to share that our Founder Mr. Malcolm Fernandez, is invited as a Panelist representing fathers at the Focus Group Discussion for the “Development of a Co-Parenting Model for the Well-Being of Children Post-Divorce in Malaysia,” hosted by Universiti Teknologi Malaysia.
The focus group seeks to bring together experts from law, psychology, health, government agencies, and civil society to explore more equitable post-divorce parenting frameworks.
As a Firm committed to family justice, we fully support national efforts that prioritize the well-being of children and promote parental cooperation after divorce.
Mr. Fernandez shall amongst others discuss on the need for a reimagined legal landscape where both parents are empowered to remain actively involved in their children’s lives.
